Before you enter any event organised by Greenpower Education Trust, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in and linked to this agreement. We strongly recommend that, as you read this agreement, you also read the Technical and Sporting Regulations. By accepting this agreement, you agree that this agreement and terms and conditions of this agreement shall apply to your entry to any event organised by Greenpower Education Trust.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your entry. You will need to confirm that you have read and accepted these together with the regulations in order for your entry to be approved. Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions and regulations and filled in the entry form you will be asked for payment of the entry fee, which is legally binding under UK law and subject to these terms and conditions and agreement. Greenpower Education Trust does not accept any responsibility or liability as to the validity or authenticity of any information submitted via this website; it is the responsibility of the registering party to confirm all information is correct and valid. Greenpower Education Trust accepts no liability for any loss or circumstantial subsequent loss to the registering party or any related or unrelated third party as a result of failure to read and understand and accept these terms and conditions or from the entering organisation submitting incorrect or false information.

To enter a car into Greenpower Education Trust events is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed in this agreement and the regulations and supplementary event regulations. The relevant entry fee as detailed on the specific event page on this website shall be payable to Greenpower Education Trust.

1. The entry will be accepted in date and time order and, once approved, will guarantee an acceptance of entry subject to both the acceptance of the terms and conditions together with full compliance to those terms and conditions and the regulations and supplementary regulations. The acceptance is also subject to the maximum number of entries allowed, and regional or car type priority criteria, for the relevant event.
    
2. Should an entry be withdrawn, after the closing date for entries as detailed on the specific event page, the payment is non-refundable. However, the entry may be transferred to another team with the agreement of Greenpower Education Trust providing that the subsequent entry is eligible and that no such entry has already been received by Greenpower Education Trust. In the event of a withdrawal whereby the entering organisation wishes to transfer the entry, they should notify Greenpower Education Trust as soon as reasonably possible by e-mail to info@greenpower.co.uk.
    
3. Should the event be cancelled either by Greenpower Education Trust or by circumstances outside of Greenpower Education Trust’s direct control, then all entry fees will be returned. This return will be subject to any relevant third party vendor charges including but not limited to bank charges etc. Should the event be postponed by the venue and another date offered to Greenpower Education Trust, the new fixture date will be communicated to the entered organisations and those will be automatically registered in the new event. If this is not suitable for any of the entered organisations, the new date will be declined and entry fee will be refundable subject to any third party vendor charges including but not limited to bank charges.

You will indemnify and hold us, that is, Greenpower Education Trust (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable law fees, made by you and /or any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Greenpower Education Trust reserve the right to refuse any entry to Greenpower Education Trust organised events.
