ENTRY FEES

Entry fee - £40 + VAT

Payment can be made on submission of a valid entry or an invoice can be requested.

Please note the closing date for entries, any withdrawals must be made before the closing date to avoid being charged the entry fee. All entries present on the entry list past the closing date will still be charged the entry fee regardless of attendance. In the event of over subscription priority goes to local teams, followed by a first come first served basis.

EVENT TIMETABLE

• 08:00 Arrival
• 08:30 Scrutineering opens
• 09:30 Team briefing – compulsory for all participants.
• 10:00 Goblin parade – all cars and participants must attend for supplementary award judging.
• 10:30 Events start 
• 13:30 Lunch
• 14:00 Events recommence
• 16:00 Prize giving

From A30 at St Dennis roundabout
Join A39
At 2^nd roundabout take first left onto A3059 (signposted to Airport)
Continue on A3059 and go past right turning to Airport and past the Aerodrome
After about 5 miles turn right at signpost that points to RAF St Mawgan
Go past Treloy Camp site on left
Go past entrance to RAF St Mawgan on right
Continue until you reach entrance (crash gates) to the Aerodrome

Refreshments will be available to purchase on site and there will be no shelter. Please feel free to bring your own shelter.
