We need volunteers to help us run our race events. More than 600 volunteers play an important role in the Greenpower programme each year. If you can spare even a day of your time we’d love your help.
You don’t need experience or expertise as you will be fully briefed. There are many ways to help, from marshalling and stewarding to assisting on the administrative or technical side.
Check out our events to find one near you and contact us to get involved: info@greenpower.co.uk
Assisting Greenpower can raise the profile of your business and put you directly in touch with potential employees.
“We are encouraged to volunteer and have been looking for something about which we have a passion. We are engineers, this is the first thing that we have encountered that fits the bill in the five years we have been looking for something to support…involvement in a project like this will give candidates an edge over someone without this experience…we want to employ people like this.” Helen Dalgliesh, SSE, Keadby Power Station

Greenpower STEM Ambassadors are volunteers who promote the programme, support existing teams and help organise events.
Ambassadors are crucial to the service we provide to young people, helping us to reach more schools each year. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you and the time you are able to give. Joining our team as an ambassador will enhance your own career as well open up opportunities for young people.
To apply to become a Greenpower STEM Ambassador please fill out the form below and send it to vaughan.curnow@greenpower.co.uk
Greenpower STEM Ambassadors register with STEM Learning to ensure consistency and safeguarding.
