We are delighted to announce that the Greenpower International Finals 2019 will take place at Silverstone Circuit on Thursday the 17th October. Greenpower racing comes back to the famous venue for the first time since 2013 when it hosted the Season Opener and Corporate Challenge.
The date is a significant one for Greenpower as it marks exactly 20 years since the first ever event took place. In October 1999 local teams competed in a one off race at Goodwood, kick starting the international programme that Greenpower is today across its 3 categories.
In addition to an exciting new location for the finals, provisionally there will be a record number of events across the country and the overall programme, over 40 are currently in the calendar and will be added online in the coming weeks!
Be warned, much alike this year’s final, Silverstone has a history of rain, lots of it. Make sure you are prepared!
