MAXIMUM ENTRIES
This event is funded by the Be Together Foundation and is only open to schools who have received notification from Kevin Ford- Greenpower Ambassador, within the region. If you have not received an invite and this event is your closest Greenpower event, please contact gavin@greenpower.co.uk
Entries are accepted in order of receipt. The maximum number of entries that will be accepted for each category is detailed below:

ENTRY FEES
Goblin: Free
LATE ENTRIES
All teams that enter before the event deadline will not be charged for this event. Entries made after this deadline will be charged based on the tier system below:
Late entries
£10 surcharge
On the day entries
£20 surcharge
If teams arrive on the day their car will not be scrutineered until payment is received or the agreement of late entry form has been filled in. Please ensure you have the means to pay for your entry when entering an event.
WITHDRAWALS
Please note the closing date for entries, if you need to withdraw please do so before the closing date to allow other teams on the waiting list a chance to enter the event. Entries will be allocated by a first come first served basis.
