TEAM SIGN-ON FORM (This is NOT race entry)
Sign-on form to be complete by 23rd June 2023. All teams are to complete this form before being able to compete.
Team sign-on is not race entry!
Greenpower have received confirmation from Lotus that they will need the names of every individual attending on the day – whether that be a Team Leader, team member, parent/guardian, spectator etc. Please add the full names of every person attending with your team on the Team Sign-on Form no later than 3pm on 23rd June. If you have missed submitting the names of the attendees with your organisation please expect delays on arrival.
This event is a no photography event. Greenpower have an official photographer attending so the activities will be captured. These will then be published on the Spacesuit collections website .
Everyone attending must stay within the boundaries of the event areas and not wander onto the rest of the Lotus site.
MAXIMUM ENTRIES
Entries are accepted in order of receipt. The maximum number of entries that will be accepted for each category is detailed below:
Formula 24 / 24+: 70

ENTRY FEES
Formula 24: £101.20 + VAT
Formula 24+: £139.15 + VAT Season Fee
Payment can be made via debit/credit card on submission of a valid entry (NB: you do not need a PayPal account to make payment) or an invoice can be requested.
LATE ENTRIES
All teams that enter before the event deadline will continue to be charged at our standard rate. F24+ Entries made after the event deadline will be charged at a flat rate of £25. Goblin and F24 Entries made after the deadline will be charged based on the tier system below:

50% surcharge
If teams arrive on the day their car will not be scrutineered until payment is received or the agreement of late entry form has been filled in. Please ensure you have the means to pay for your entry when entering an event.
WITHDRAWALS
Please note the closing date for entries, any withdrawals must be made before the closing date to avoid being charged the entry fee. All entries present on the entry list past the closing date will still be charged the entry fee regardless of attendance. Entries will be allocated by a first come first served basis.

There is limited shelter at this event, please come prepared for all weather.
